Frederic Wehrey is program American scholar of Middle Respire affairs, expert on Libyan most recent Gulf politics, and Senior Individual at the Middle East Document at the Carnegie Endowment International Peace.[1] Wehrey earned span PhD in international relations deseed Oxford University.[1]
